TS3 - Renovated Victorian

This old Victorian Home has been fully renovated. The 2nd bathroom can easily be transformed into a Laundry if you wish.

TS3 - Midway Road Villa's

 These Units are as close as I could make them to the place I live in now. I had to tweak a few areas to make them Sim friendly but I think it came out pretty close to the actual unit.

TS3 - Apartment Complex

These Apartments are based off of old Ministry Housing in Australia. There are 4 Lots in the series and they are best placed on Sunnyside Road where the Map below indicates, but you can place them where ever you like :)

Part 1 - Block A

The most expensive of the Apartments. This apartment is perfect for the world traveler. Complete with Grand Piano and Bar. Luxury at its finest.

Part 2 - Block B

The cheapest of the Apartments. This apartment is decorated in a contemporary style. The study could be used as a small 3rd bedroom.

Part 3 - Block C

This apartment is decorated in a traditional style. Perfect for your old fashioned Sims.

 One thing about this apartment, the low dresser in the nursery is placed where the fireplace chimney should be. Therefore making it unusable and deco only.

A friend of mine asked me to make some preview pictures of her new Glass Free windows. She got some requests for the doctors office I made to take the previews in so I built this Medical Center for you :)

TS3 - Simply Deelightful Home.

 

My good friend Deelightful Built this awesome modern home and I decorated it! We wanted to share this with you all. No 3rd Party CC, Store items are listed at the bottom. A few things about this home, I play tested with pets and they had trouble going up and down the staging areas. They also could not enter the upstairs bathroom. I highly recommend you do not play this house with animals in it, unless of course you can figure out why they were having issues :) Also this home is filled with painting that my Sim painted herself, I am hoping that they will transfer over to your download.
