TS3 - The Soho

This is my entry into the Single Story Home Building Competition over on the official forums :)
Wish me luck!

3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom
Den, Pool, Laundry
Multiple Outdoor Areas
Built on 40x40 Lot

The home decor was inspired by Restoration Hardware, one of my favorite sites for home decor ideas. Its really hard to get the same kind of look with no CC but hey I love a challenge! I used a tonne of store items for this one, but mostly for deco purposes.
I did use a mod to remove the stencils on some objects, now I am told it WILL transfer with the lot the way I have it even if you do not have the mod. God I hope so cause some things might look a little weird if not  lol

I have all EP's and SP's except Katy Perry Stuff.
Riverview. Barnacle Bay, Hidden Springs and Monte Vista Worlds.

  1. This is brilliant - I love the way you don't use cc but still make it look great! For the life of me though, I can't figure out where the chairs around the fire pit are from!
Hope you win the competition! ;)

    1. Why thank you so much :)

The chairs are the same ones I used at the dining table. They came with Fast Lane stuff.

I got 7th place in the competition. Not to bad out of almost 60 entries :D

  2. I totally thought the coats on the wall were missing from my game. I couldn't believe it when I saw they were simply the firefighter jackets! You rock! I LOVE how your homes are better than any other builders because you fill the home with clutter WITHOUT the use of cc!

  3. Congrats on 7th place! All your houses are great, I love them!

I was trying to find this download you had posted on the website, but the download links don't work. Any ideas where else I can find it? Thank you! http://forum.livingsims.net/showthread.php?mode=threaded&tid=2888&pid=50594#pid50594

    1. Thank you :)

If you look just under the word DOWNLOAD you will see what EP's, SP's and worlds I have. Now I honestly don't know what would be missing if you download it and don't have one of those because I don't know what I used from each :(
I am sure most would be deco but there are some furnishings used from those EP's SP's too.

Best bet is to just pop it in your game and see :)
