TS4 - Sweet Starter

Just a little something I threw together a while ago. 

It has a small vegi garden with all the Base game plants in it.

TS4 - Ruby Red

Well here it is people, my first TS4 build! Its not really my build actually lol Its my entry into the Winter Designer Showdown! over at the Build n Share thread. We had to use one of four items as our inspiration. I went with the modern red glass framed picture and this is what I came up with.

TS3 - Bygone Charm Redux

Unfortunately all images for this home were on Tinypic and are now gone. I do not have Sims3 installed any more and I have no backup pics on my computer :(

This is a gift I made for everyone not only on the official forums but here on my blog and at LivingSims too.

TS3 - Japanese Home.

So I had a whack at making a Japanese house. Its not very authentic seeing as I only used base game items again...lol But it works! There are no windows and only a front door, the walls are painted to look like those rice paper sliding screens. No CC or Expansions used, and the only store content is some of the free items.

TS3 - Castle Keep.

Well I finally took on a big build and made my very first Castle :) Its a small Castle inside a keep with a Tavern and little Chapel kind of thing. Fully Furnished and Landscaped. Once again there is No CC, Expansions or Store Content used in this build, but my game is patched to date for the fountain and staging. I recommend you get a no fire mod or do not use the fireplaces. I had multiple fires going while play testing! Was very annoying...lol

TS3 - Modern Home.

You will need to be patched to date for the pool. No Expansions or Store Content

One piece of CC was used for the retaining walls.

TS3 - Small Family Home Unfurnished

This house is made with no CC, no store items, no expansions. The house is as if you just moved in no furnishings but there is a kitchen and bathroom.

This home is based on the third house I grew up in.

TS3 - Small Family Home Furnished.

This house is completely furnished with nothing but EA base game items!

Has been play tested and everything works as it should.

This House is based on the first home I grew up in back in Australia. 

TS3 - My First House.

So I decided to give this house making thing a go and this is the very first one I have made for Download. I made it a few weeks ago and put it up on the exchange and have finally decided to throw it up here :)

TS3 - Large Family Home Furnished.

This is the first house I have made completely furnished with nothing but EA base game items! Boy is there not a lot to choose from either...lol I'm pretty pleased with the way it turned out. 

Has been play tested and everything works as it should except of course the bookcases I used for decoration, but there are many more to use.

This House is based on the second home I grew up in back in Australia. 

TS3 - Beach House.

Same Rules apply for this house. NO CC NO EXPANSIONS! House comes like you would by a real house. No Furnishing, fitted with kitchen and bathrooms.

This home was made for and looks best on the hill in Sunset Valley 500 Sunnyside Blvd
