I have included both MediaFire and Exchange links for my downloads. If downloading from the Exchange please remember to leave a recommendation :)

I now only host my Downloads here. I have moved my other posts onto a new Blog purely for Mag updates and decorating shots.
Hopefully this will avoid confusion as to what is downloadable and what isn't in the future.

TS3 - Bridgeport Times

This was a request from Depp25. They asked for a Newspaper/Magazine Office Building. I have set it as a Library but you could set it to anything you like. There is a book merchant at the lobby's front desk. It fits best at 156 Bayshore Highway Bridgeport.
A few things you need to know about this build. The lights and the wall water feature on the Lobby floor were moved with a mod. They will appear at the same height in your game as in the pictures BUT YOU CAN NOT TOUCH THEM, if you do they will snap back to the original height.
Some other objects were moved with a wall object sliding mod. They should stay at the same height even if you move them.

3 Office Floors
Top Floor is empty
Lobby with Coffee Shop
Business Rabbit Hole in Basement
Subway Station

 Lobby

Coffee Shop

1st Floor has reception desk, 5 cubicles, toilets and sitting area.

2nd Floor has 2 offices, executive office with bathroom, executive toilets and conference room.

  6. This office building is amazing! You're almost like a mind reader because I was planning on building an office building for Bridgeport to use in my game. Now you saved me lots of hours. Thank you so much for this one!

Ps. While we are in Bridgeport. Are you able to upload your ''Bad Room 3.0'' entry? That Penthouse is just amazing. If you aren't able to upload it, could you upload the pics of the overview of each ones of the floors if you still have them that is.

Thanks again for this fabolous building. :)

  9. Wonderful build. I have used it in my blog after taking the top floor as a News Set for my Star New Reporter. You can see my pics on my blog if you like. May I make a request??? Could you make another building like this with a news room like I made on the top floor AND a interview room like the news room but with couches, like on Opera :-) The problem with this highrise is that it only goes well in Bridgeport. Would be nice if you made a two or three story building :-/ Thanks :-) Note: I used the latest Stuff Pack Origin Exclusive items to make the news set. (The movie camera is cc though I hate to use cc ,EA didn't give us a camera, Grrrr) LOL

    1. It looks great in your blog and I love what you did with the top floor!

I could have a go at making a smaller version, but I have a lot going on at the moment so it might take a while. I also do not own the movie stuff pack or the Origin items unfortunately. But I am sure I can work something out.

  12. I absolutely love the interior! If feels roomy and very office-business like just like a real office building. The office cubicles are just darling! Also, do you still take requests? I was wondering if you still do, because I totally suck at building lots and I would love to have a little something made by you :)

    1. Thank you Abigail!

As for the request, I just got asked to join a request team over on the official forums. So I assume I will be pretty busy with those requests once I start (which could be any day)

If it is something small I could probably manage to knock something up real quick though lol

    2. Oh my god, I realize that it has been almost a week since I replied to this post. My apologies! I am so sorry for that but the Internet hasn't been very good to me this past week. Firstly, congrats on getting asked to join a request team over on the official forums! I extremely glad that you got asked to join, it is such an honor! So I was just wondering if you could build a small(but not too small) modern-day coffee shop slash internet cafe for a series I'm making.
      Description:
      - two storey shop lot for internet surfing (upper floor)
      - a wide area parking lot
      - it doesn't have to be furnished but the seating and table layout would be helpful as a template for decorating.
      - Preferably on a 40x40 lot
I hope I'm not asking too much, and I only have the base game so I also hope that's alright with you?
Oh, and I'm willing to wait, really - so there's no rush :)|
      Thanks so much in advance!

    3. lol, dont worry about taking a while to respond, real life can be a PITA :) Thank you for such kinds words too!

Now about the request I am not sure if I will be able to do it :( I didn't realize how much time the DNA stuff would take, but most requests over there are HUGE lol and the list is very long. I really don't have much free time at the moment.
