When Kem saw the advertisement for the sale of some old factories in the industrial area of Bridgeport she knew exactly what she was going to spend her inheritance on! She has always wanted to live in the city but the prices have been far to expensive for her.
She saved money keeping the original structure and a lot of the fittings. She also rents out the advertizing strip to help pay the mortgage.
The old office space made a perfect galley kitchen and the small bathroom was just big enough to fit a shower in as well. The loft storage area became a chic bedroom/study space. There isn't any garden, but there are many parks nearby. And that suits her just fine seeing as the only plants she manages to keep alive are of the plastic variety.
1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom
Open Plan Living/Kitchen/Dining
Built on 10x15 Lot
A few things to take into account. I have manipulated the counters to only show the top part. These will show up in your game just like the pictures but if you touch them in build/buy mode they will revert back to normal. You cant "undo" it either. If you accidentally touch them read this article on how to get them back. If you grab the arches around the top windows in build/buy mode they will plop floor tiles down underneath them, these are easily deleted with the sledgehammer tool. The mailbox and rubbish bin will move from where they are pictured when you place your lot in game, just simply move them to where I have or someplace out of the way.

DeleteAmazing! I was wondering, where are those kitchen counters from?
ReplyDeleteThey are actually the counters from In to the Future, but I have manipulated them to only show the top part. You can see how to do it here http://jools-simming.tumblr.com/post/70812282450/manipulating-sectional-objects-counters
