TS3 - Midway Road Villa's

 These Units are as close as I could make them to the place I live in now. I had to tweak a few areas to make them Sim friendly but I think it came out pretty close to the actual unit.


2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom
Laundry, Garage, Fully Upgraded 
3 Other NPC units
Built on 40x40 lot

I have all EP's up tp Pets and the Outdoor Living SP

    However, and I am a bit embarrassed to ask this ... where is the mailbox?

      If you look at the 2nd picture you can see the mailbox. Sometimes though it might move when downloading the lot cause I placed it there using the "moveobjects on" cheat. If it isn't where it is pictured try looking around in that area it may be just floating in the car park somewhere lol
