TS3 - Champ Les Sims Redo Part One

Champ Les Sims Base Camp 

 This is part one of five of a gift for the lovely GreenCats over on the official forums.

When I read in your unofficial wishlist that your Sims love to travel and that you love the WA worlds I thought right away to make over the Base Camp at Champ Les Sims!

Of course once I started I couldn't stop just there could I? lol, I ended up making over not only the base camp but all 4 Stores around the Market Square!

But first lets see what has changed at the Base Camp shall we? :)

As you can see from the 2 out side shots I haven't touched the structure of the build really, I changed the fencing and the garden beds and added some parking for the Mopeds. I also extended the balcony and put some rocking chairs there for the NPC's to relax (they use them a lot!)

The first thing you will notice inside is I added a little front desk/gift shop to the main floor. There is a General Goods vendor there so now you wont have to go into town to stock up on supplies for adventuring!

The main floor is now a open entertaining lounge, with pool table, chess, dominoes, stereo and plenty of places to read. There are also toilets on this floor.

Not much changed in the kitchen, just the colors and the layout. I did add a coffee machine and extra sink and fridge.

There are 4 Bedroom on the Second floor.

There is also a large bathroom on this floor

The only Structural change I made was to add a 3rd floor. This hosts the "Honeymoon Suite" with its own bathroom.

Outside I have used up that large empty yard! It now has a lovely in ground pool and BBQ facilities!
