TS3 - Contemporary Ranch

This is my entry into a contest over on the official forums. The host wanted a large one story ranch style home, with everything included and I mean EVERYTHING! lol 

I have play tested it for a Sim week and everything was fine for me. BUT it is a huge lot with many things and I may have missed something.

I have to warn you now, if you do not have a good computer this lot will run a bit laggy because of the amount of content in it.

This home was made for Heather Green, a ecologist. Heather was looking to downsize and reduce her carbon foot print.

TS3 - New York Townhouses

After much hair pulling and head slamming I finally bring to you the long awaited NY Townhouses  lol.

TS3 - The Maywood

This Modern Home is perfect for the entertainers. There is a large outdoor area with pool, spa, fire pit, bar and lots of decking. Inside is spacious enough for formal dinner parties. Entertain yourselves on the pool table or watch the game on the big screen TV.
