TS3 - The Maywood

This Modern Home is perfect for the entertainers. There is a large outdoor area with pool, spa, fire pit, bar and lots of decking. Inside is spacious enough for formal dinner parties. Entertain yourselves on the pool table or watch the game on the big screen TV.

TS3 - The Gift

This is my entry for Build-n-Share Challenge # 180-181 *The Gift* The challenge was to build a couples starter with a budget of $23,500. If you are wondering how I managed to get so much stuff in this build for that budget, the trick is to live in the house for a while and it will depreciate all the items inside reducing the price drastically.

TS3 - Harvest Homestead.

I have been working on this home off and on since Pets was released and I am finally somewhat happy enough with it to share with you all :) Its a HUGE house, it takes up most of the lot. It was built in Appaloosa Plains so the lot size is not a typical size (Sorry about that) But you could place it on a larger lot and add more to the yard, add a lot size big enough for it fit to your game or stick it in Appaloosa where it belongs :) It is decorated with a lot of Autumn decor for the coming Season.
 Oh and did I say it was HUGE!  lol

TS3 - The Monotone Makeover

This makeover at  72 Water Lily Lane Sunset Valley, is done for the Bachelor Sims. It has plenty of outdoor entertaining and a masculine feel.

TS3 - Mosquito Cove Redux

 

I decided to start making over the EA homes just for giggles :) 

This one was the old shack at 36 Sim Lane Sunset Valley.

I guess its more of a redo than a makeover now  lol

TS3 - The Lily May Rose

This home is a makeover of Lilymayrose's Starter Home. I loved the architecture of this house so much it's the second time I have used it! You can get the original here. 

TS3 - Renovated Victorian

This old Victorian Home has been fully renovated. The 2nd bathroom can easily be transformed into a Laundry if you wish.

TS3 - Midway Road Villa's

 These Units are as close as I could make them to the place I live in now. I had to tweak a few areas to make them Sim friendly but I think it came out pretty close to the actual unit.

TS3 - Apartment Complex

These Apartments are based off of old Ministry Housing in Australia. There are 4 Lots in the series and they are best placed on Sunnyside Road where the Map below indicates, but you can place them where ever you like :)

Part 1 - Block A

The most expensive of the Apartments. This apartment is perfect for the world traveler. Complete with Grand Piano and Bar. Luxury at its finest.

TS3 - Apartments Part 2

Part 2 - Block B

The cheapest of the Apartments. This apartment is decorated in a contemporary style. The study could be used as a small 3rd bedroom.

Part 3 - Block C

This apartment is decorated in a traditional style. Perfect for your old fashioned Sims.

 One thing about this apartment, the low dresser in the nursery is placed where the fireplace chimney should be. Therefore making it unusable and deco only.
